On November 1, 2024, the Diesel RV Club sent emails to all active members and all persons in the Club’s contact database notifying all the Board of Directors had approved a proposal to dissolve the club and providing active those 109 members whose membership as active on that date to vote on the proposal. Two additional emails were sent to those not yet voted on November 11, and November 24. A total of 55 ballots were cast. The proposal was approved with 89.1% voting in favor as noted in the following ballot tabulation:

The ballot provided voters with an opportunity to select the charity to receive a pro-rata share of the club’s remaining assets after all bills are paid. The current bank balance is $18,984.11. This amount will be reduced by the amount of membership dues collected since August 4, 2024 plus any other bills and expenses associated with closing down the club. The percentage of then remaining assets to go to each charity is as follows:
