Chapter Rallies 

The Diesel RV Club normally holds Rallies two weeks* prior to the FMCA International Family Reunion & Motorhome Showcases. A  typical rally is about 4 days long at a top-tier motorhome resort with discount site rates, multiple maintenance seminars, hobby and how-to sessions, group social and get-acquainted times, silent auctions, access to some coach services and vendors, catered meals, evening entertainment, dancing, and time to see local sites. *  Starting in 2017, Rallies will be held one week prior to FMCA;s Reunion.       
Rally Registration 
Two ways to Register:
  1. Do it all by US Mail - Print out and complete the form and mail it along with a check (the Registration form can be downloaded from the Rally details page); or,
  2. Do it online by clicking the Register link on the Rally Page.  When you Register online you will still have a choice of paying online or print the invoice issued by the system and then mailing a copy of the invoice along with your check.
Detailed information about upcoming rallies appear below.  You will be provided an opportunity to register for an event once open registration begins.  You can also see a list of those members* already registered for the event.                
  • Only those members who have agreed to have their names appear on the list will be shown. You can make this choice when you register.
Refund Policy
Refund Policy:   Must notify the Treasurer at least 14 days prior to the start of the rally, and providing that no chapter funds have been expended. Upon replacement on Attendee List by moving from Waiting List, funds will be refunded, less any credit card fees if applicable.

 NOTE: Payment by credit card immediately expends Chapter Funds.

    Five nights of camping with full hookups at the CAM-PLEX Event Center in Gillette, Wyoming. Rally includes four hot breakfasts and four dinners plus three days for technical seminars, craft sessions & lifestyle presentations and an owner round table, and games with ample free time to enjoy area attractions.


    Attractions include Frontier Relics & Auto Museum, Rockpile Butte Coal Mine Tours, and Durham Bison Ranch. Devil's Tower National Monument is about 65 miles from Gillette, an easy drive during free time.

    Rally Masters and Co-Rally masters attend the rally free in exchange for their services. In addition, they receive a certificate for 50% off the fee for a future Chapter rally.

    RALLY FEES FOR DRVC MEMBERS:

    Registration Type - 50-amp, Full Hook-ups
    • Full Rally (Two in coach) @ $425.00
    • Full Rally (One person) @ $325
    • Additional Guest @ $100.00

    RALLY FEES FOR NON-DRVC MEMBERS: Please add $25 to above prices*

    * Visitors attending in their own motorhome are welcome to participate but subject to a $25 surcharge; limited to one rally. Surcharge is applied to membership fee upon joining.

    PARKING

    If you are staying for the 107th FMCA International Convention you will be assigned the same site for which you reserved for FMCA. AND this is the same site you will have for the Convention.
